By ancient tradition, the elephant headed God, Ganesha, is
always worshiped first in every ritual or festival.
Ganesha, the removes of obstacles represents wisdom,
goodwill and most important, the act of living a balanced
life. The three animals viz, the elephant, the serpent and
the mouse have contributed for the makeup of the figures
of Ganesha. The elephant has contributed for his head, the
serpent for his girdle and the mouse for his mount.
All Indians know the panoramic sight in which Ganesh
merely went round his parents and told Narada that his
parents were universe.
Here in this abode, Sri Siddhi Vinayak Ganesh is mounted
on the 18 feet long mouse in the middle of the sea.
